A global medical device company is hiring a Service Administrator for its Hamburg office. You’ll work closely with the Senior Service Administrator and a team of field service engineers, managing the service process from the first customer call to the final invoice. It’s the kind of role where customers stay happy and jobs get done on time, because you keep everything moving.

What You’ll Own

• Acting as the main point of contact for customer service enquiries
• Creating service cases and preparing quotes and estimates
• Allocating jobs to field service engineers and keeping customers updated
• Processing invoicing and supporting service financial admin
• Supporting service contracts, renewals and customer records
• Tracking repairs, replacements and loan equipment
• Keeping customer and equipment data accurate in internal systems
• Producing service reports and supporting the wider team

What You Bring

• Experience in a service coordination, service admin or after sales role
• Experience working with field service engineers or technicians
• Proactive, organised and self-sufficient
• Friendly and professional with customers, confident with engineers
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and ERP or CRM systems
• Background in medical devices, manufacturing or capital equipment is a plus
