Main Responsibilities

• Relationship Building; Establish and develop relationships with key channel and partners, Supporting internal and external communication
• Distribution Management: Partner Certification, target breakdown, performance checking, BP review, rebate follow-up, PSI data management
• Performance Monitoring Tracking and communicating performance and rebate, Regular monitoring and analysis of data report，root cause analysis and find solution to resolve it.
• Partner development: Lead and organize the company's resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners. Like Training Organization，coordination and Organization of Marketing Events
• Other Department and Channel-Related Tasks

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in develop managing channels
• Excellent English (negotiation level) and fluent in Mandarin Chinese or German is a plus
• Excellent relationship management, communication and presentation skills;
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, Success-oriented, motivation
• Experience in consumer electronics and PV industry channels is a plus
