Für unseren Standort Alzenau suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Service Sales Engineer (w/m/d)

Aufgaben:

• Nachhaltige Beratung des bestehenden Kundenstamms zum gesamten Serviceangebot
• Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau des Kundenstamms
• Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen zur Identifikation kundenindividueller Lösungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Servicetechnikern zur Entwicklung passender Servicekonzepte
• Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen für Servicelösungen
• Organisation und Koordination des After-Sales-Service
• Analyse von Umsatzentwicklungen sowie Aufbereitung der Daten für das Reporting
• Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Dokumentation aller vertrieblichen Aktivitäten und Prozesse
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Kältetechnik/Gebäudetechnik mit Zusatzqualifikation (Meister/Techniker) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger technischer Dienstleistungen oder Produkte
• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Vertriebsstärke in der Neukundenakquise
• Sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Angebotserstellung, Kalkulation und im Reporting
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
