You’ll drive strategic engagements with senior customers and ensure outcomes that transform operations. • Build and lead the regional Industry AI team, including hiring and development
• Drive priority customer engagements at senior level to deliver transformational outcomes
• Define regional focus areas, standards, and operating norms for the practice
• Enable high-value Industry AI use case development at scale through coaching and standards
• Manage executive stakeholder relationships with SAP strategic accounts
• Feed regional customer insights into SAP’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

• 12+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries
• Proven team leadership and people development experience
• Strategic thinking with ability to simplify complex problems and decide quickly
• Consulting or product leadership experience with financial acumen and value delivery
• AI and use case fluency for guiding teams and discussions with customers
• Strong SAP platform knowledge: S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, clean-core
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus
