Provide contract-facing delivery control

Manage the contract rhythm without overburdening the key developer
Coordinate sprint planning inputs

Requirements

7+ years of technical project or delivery management experience
Federal contract delivery experience
Experience managing Agile/Kanban software sustainment or O&M
Experience with sprint status reporting, risks/issues, staffing coverage, and deliverable acceptance
Ability to manage a small technical team without adding unnecessary overhead
Experience coordinating with CORs, Product Owners, business testers, security staff, and platform teams
Understanding of change control and release governance
Ability to enforce contract restrictions, including no use of generative AI for deliverables unless authorized by the Contracting Officer
Strongly Preferred: ServiceNow delivery experience; GSA MAS task order experience; Library, federal civilian, or cultural/records agency experience; PMP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent; Experience managing FFP sprint-based invoicing.
