Qualifications & Skills

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
• Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories
• Extensive experience in leading and developing teams
• Trainer certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Very good knowledge of the respective national language as well as English, both written and spoken
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
• Interest in our core sports and current scene trends
