Client Solutions Intern – Security (Fresh Grad /Final Sem – 6 months)

As cybersecurity becomes central to every digital transformation, we are building a pipeline of security‑minded consultants who can help clients protect their most critical assets. During this 6‑month internship, you’ll work closely with our Security Client Solution Leaders, gaining hands‑on exposure to how Avanade helps clients secure their environments using the Microsoft security portfolio. You’ll develop foundational knowledge across Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Sentinel while contributing to real client engagements. As part of a team of security architects and consultants, you’ll support the delivery of solutions that protect organisations and enable business outcomes. Together we do what matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements by helping identify cybersecurity challenges and contributing to the development of security solution recommendations
• Assist across project phases, from pre‑sales research and proposal development through to delivery; including security assessments, architecture reviews, and solution configuration
• Collaborate with security architects, delivery teams, and Microsoft sellers to ensure security is embedded across customer projects
• Build practical knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including M365 Defender, Entra ID, Purview, and Sentinel, through structured learning and hands‑on lab work
• Participate in client workshops, partner sessions, and internal enablement activities related to Zero Trust, threat protection, identity governance, and security operations

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in 2026 or final semester student graduating in 2026

Dynamics 365 Finance Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day functional support for D365 F&O Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Budgeting
• Analyse client issues and requests, translating them into functional specifications, configuration changes, or development requirements
• Prepare and maintain functional design documentation, test scripts, and support runbooks
• Facilitate workshops and triage sessions with clients to diagnose issues and drive decisions
• Support data migration activities, period‑end close processes, and reconciliation tasks
• Conduct functional testing of modifications, patches, and configuration changes during sprint and release cycles
• Manage and prioritise support tickets, ensuring timely resolution aligned to SLA commitments
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and shared services documentation to improve team efficiency
• Should have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live
• Should have experience in data migration activities
• Facilitate functional sessions and support status meetings with clients
• Own service deliverables (documentation, test plans) and take personal ownership of the success of deliverables and outcomes

Key Skills

• Ability to investigate, develop, and resolve technical issues within the D365 F&O platform
• Strong finance functional background related to D365 F&O
• Experience with functional support across active client environments for Finance modules
• Citizen of Australia and eligible for Australian Government security clearance; existing clearance highly regarded

Senior AI Developer – Avanade AI Engineering Team

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end agentic AI solutions for client engagements, making key technology and design decisions across the full stack
• Lead delivery workstreams across projects, guiding hands‑on implementation and mentoring junior developers
• Drive presales activities including creating proposals, responding to RFPs, estimating effort and pricing, and scoping and sizing solutions
• Build POCs and present technical demos to clients, translating business problems into compelling agentic AI solutions
• Run client workshops and discovery sessions independently, providing thought leadership on agentic AI patterns, trade‑offs, and emerging trends
• Own solution quality end to end, applying RAG patterns, agent evaluation, and responsible AI practices to ensure accurate, reliable, and safe agent behavior in production

Qualifications

• Experienced AI engineers with at least 8 years in AI/ML
• At least 1 year of hands‑on agentic AI experience
• Ability to travel ad hoc to customer locations within the country
