What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support our Technical Service Managers in delivering the best outage planning by identifying customer needs and acting as a project manager within the Field Service community.
• Implement quality assurance measures in a project; include on‑site support.
• Actively coordinate project‑relevant topics between all involved internal and external stakeholders.
• Build networks within Siemens Energy that will be essential for successful stakeholder management.
• Support strategic digitalization and innovation projects as part of the strategic development of our Field Service team.

What You Bring

• Strong team spirit with a leadership approach and strong communication at all company levels, including field colleagues, back‑office experts, and executive management.
• Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
• A masters or doctoral degree in engineering, industrial/mechanical engineering or a similar technical field.
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
• Excellent English and advanced German skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
