Simulator Software Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will contribute to the end-to-end software lifecycle for simulator systems used in European space programs. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to shape software architecture, implement and validate software components, and verify quality through tests and analyses. You also support agile planning and coordinate with software suppliers, driving process improvements. • Perform requirements engineering at TS level and co-engineering at RB level
• Contribute to software architecture, design, and implementation across the full development lifecycle
• Develop, execute, and evaluate unit, integration, and validation tests at TS and RB levels
• Carry out software verification activities, including static code and analyses
• Create, maintain, and update software and project documentation
• Support Scrum Master and Product Owner in planning, progress reporting, and coordination of software suppliers; drive tool and process improvements

• University degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• Solid technical software engineering skills covering the full development lifecycle
• Good knowledge of the V model; V&V or design & development specialization is an advantage
• Knowledge of agile software development practices and methodologies
• Good understanding of ECSS standards and internal OHB processes
