Site Manager Bulgaria (m/f/d)

Engineering Dobersek GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager (all genders) to support our team at the company’s location in Bulgaria. Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our branch in Bulgaria

Supervision of local subcontractors in Bulgaria

Ensuring efficient processes in all areas of the company

Responsibility for all key business figures such as budget, sales and earnings

Implementing the branch office targets and further developing the branch office

Expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new business partners

Reporting to the management at the head office and close cooperation with the other branches

Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration, engineering or comparable training

Several years of management experience, ideally in an international environment

Very good knowledge of the Bulgarian market and economic conditions

Entrepreneurial thinking, strong hands‑on mentality and negotiation skills

Business fluent in Bulgarian and English, knowledge of German is an advantage

Willingness to travel within Europe
