Overview

In this role, you lead the Site Quality function to ensure deliveries meet rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll partner with site management, project and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and a right-first-time culture. You will cascade quality objectives at site level, deploy policy and tools, and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive quality governance and risk management. This is a hands-on leadership role at a pivotal site within a global rail leader, offering complex challenges and growth opportunities.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead and develop the Site Quality team to apply quality processes and APSYS tools
Cascade and implement site quality objectives within the Quality organization
Drive continuous improvement (CTQ objectives: CONQ, NCR, safety, demerit)
Ensure site quality policy is deployed to the site management committee
Oversee quality and safety assessment of products and services delivered per contractual requirements
Improve customer satisfaction via regular meetings, surveys, and delivery controls
Manage top safety and customer issues and escalate when needed
Oversee DFQ gate reviews and supplier FAI including waivers when required
Maintain site QMS conformance with Alstom standards and ISO/IRIS/CMMI/ECM
Conduct internal audits to evaluate process quality performance
Keep QMS references up to date and utilize REX processes regularly
Ensure governance of processes, risk, and opportunities with site stakeholders
