Site Reliability Engineer II (Fully Remote)

• Respond to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.


• Escalate issues according to defined SLAs.


• Communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Monitoring & Platform Reliability:

• Configure monitoring dashboards and alert thresholds.


• Troubleshoot Kubernetes environments and containerized applications.


• Support high availability and system uptime.


• Write scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and PowerShell.


• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline monitoring and reliability.


• Implement self-healing solutions to reduce manual tasks.


• Work with DevSecOps and Engineering teams.


• Document incidents and post-incident reviews.


• Align operations with compliance standards like HIPAA and SOC 2.
