Develop cross-platform content strategies for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Plan, coordinate, and optimize content calendars
Design campaigns, recurring series, and scalable content mechanics
Analyze performance data and derive specific optimization measures
Conduct A/B tests for hooks, thumbnails, titles, and formats
Identify trends early and translate them into high-performing content ideas
Work closely with the Video Editor and strategically manage content production
Develop engagement and community strategies
Define clear growth targets and track progress toward achieving them
Work closely with the founder and expand social media as a measurable growth channel

Requirements

Demonstrable success in social media management
Ideally, experience in the education, crypto, trading, or finance sectors
In-depth knowledge of crypto and trading
Understanding of current market trends and relevant narratives
Ability to independently research and assess new topics
Experience writing compelling, audience-specific copy for different formats and platforms
Growth-oriented mindset focused on KPIs, conversion, retention, and scalability
Strategic understanding of the Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok algorithms
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and YouTube Analytics
Ability to develop viral ideas with a clear strategic objective
Independent, structured, and responsible approach to work
