Software Engineer, AI Solutions – .NET/Web

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative product pilots based on .NET, web technologies and modern AI
• Build prototypes and MVPs that quickly deliver real value
• Validate ideas with working solutions rather than lengthy specifications
• Experiment with new AI technologies and assess their potential for our products
• Integrate successful prototypes into our product landscape
• Work closely with Product Management, experienced software architects and security specialists
• Support your solutions after go-live together with our development teams
• Introduce new tools, methods and best practices into the company

Requirements

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field, or you have completed vocational training as an IT specialist in application development
• You have very good knowledge of .NET and experience developing modern web applications
• You have hands‑on experience with AI‑powered applications and are actively working with Generative AI
• You are familiar with integrating LLMs and modern AI patterns such as RAG, MCP and Agentic Loops
• You understand the opportunities and limitations of generative AI and can translate them into meaningful product features
• You work independently and take responsibility for your topics
• You are curious, learn quickly and enjoy getting to grips with new technologies
• You drive ideas forward and can lead projects independently over longer periods
• You enjoy working in a team and actively seek professional exchange
• You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
