Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and maintain complex, scalable application systems using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Angular, cloud, and microservices.
• Apply AI as the core technology for future software development, using tools like GitHub Copilot and developing AI‑based solutions that add value for clients.
• Collaborate in agile software projects, covering concept, architecture, implementation, testing, and customer interaction.
• Take ownership of the software life cycle, from planning to operation, in a global, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Informatics, or another STEM field.
• Practical experience in software development during studies, with modern programming languages such as Java.
• Familiarity with AI‑based tools and frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, Pydantic.AI, crew.ai) and an understanding of AI capabilities and limits.
• A strong quality orientation, agile mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English.
• Open to using AI‑enhanced tools in development.
