Solution Architect - Pyramid Analytics (BI)

As a Solution Architect, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise clients adopting the Pyramid platform. You’ll guide BI and analytics solutions, ensuring best practices and maximum ROI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard, enable, and deliver scalable solutions while expanding the relationship through insights and value realization. This role offers the chance to shape how customers implement analytics at scale in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.

• Act as a trusted technical consultant for Enterprise clients using the Pyramid platform
• Support customers and partners in developing enterprise BI and analytics solutions
• Become a Pyramid platform expert and advise on implementation best practices to maximize adoption and ROI
• Participate in onboarding, mentoring, solution development, and customer staff enablement
• Assist clients with cloud or on-premise BI/analytics/data science solutions
• Identify future client needs and collaborate with CSM for expansion and upsell
• Own projects and coordinate with multi-disciplined teams
• Build trust with clients to achieve commercial objectives
• Help new clients with platform setup, data integration, user training, and best-practice implementation

• Proven experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or similar customer-facing delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field and/or 5+ years BI & Analytics experience
• Experience with BI/Analytics tools: Pyramid, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik
• Experience designing data-based analytics solutions with SSAS, SAP BW/Hana, Snowflake, and related languages (SQL variants, MDX)
• Experience with Python
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus
