Solution Architect- SAP S4/HANA FINANCE (m/f/d)

As Solution Architect in the LUCA program, you design and deliver SAP finance solutions to standardize and optimize financial processes. You will drive the SAP S/4HANA upgrade, focusing on subledgers like AR, with Serrala Autobank and related modules. Collaborating with finance, process, and IT, you translate requirements into practical designs and oversee delivery from design to implementation. You’ll help align solutions with a global template, SAP best practices, and compliance, while communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences. This is a high-impact role shaping METRO's finance modernization and centralization efforts.

• Collaborate with finance, process, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Lead rollout solutioning from design to implementation while analyzing complex changes
• Ensure alignment with METRO global template, SAP best practices, and compliance
• Simplify complex concepts for executives and business users
• Oversee SI partner delivery with requirements refinement and design/documentation reviews

• 10+ years in SAP AP, AR, SD
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform
• Familiarity with Serrala Autobank; SAP S/4HANA upgrade experience a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Finance-related SAP certifications advantageous
• Retail industry experience preferred
• Excellent English proficiency
• Willingness to travel
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in related field
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and Indirect Procurement
