Solution Engineer - IDWatchdog Identity Theft

What you'll do:

• Educate the identified prospects on ID Fraud/ID Watchdog solution capabilities using sales presentation materials and personalized product demonstrations.

• Assess identified client needs and recommend potential application of ID Fraud/ID Watchdog products, service configuration settings, workflow process, deployment methodology, and data import/ export processes to deliver product solutions that meet customer needs.

• Educate prospects on industry norms and best practices.

• Manage and maintain the integrity and relevance of demonstration environments, ensuring all product capabilities are showcased accurately.

• Assist with responses to RFIs / RFPs / Security Questionnaires.

• Research and present data showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing ID Fraud/ID Watchdog products and/ or services.

• Develop client-customized Statements of Work (SOW) for inclusion with client agreements.

• Develop detailed business requirements for customized features/functionality/integration requiring IT resources to be used in estimation and fulfillment.

• Assist with product training for internal employees, primarily the sales organization.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer of client’s expectations, needs, and application requirements to Product Implementation, Product Management & Product Development teams.

• Serve as a conduit between Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, and other internal partners. Equip teams with voice of client and feature enhancement requests.

• Ability to travel; approximately 25% travel.

• Attend industry conferences to represent Equifax and gain industry best practices.

What Experience You’ll Need:

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Consultant and/or Sales Engineer, preferably within the Identity Fraud or Financial Wellness industry.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite executives and technical developers, making complex program specs easily understood.

• Ability to travel approximately 25% to engage with clients and attend industry conferences.

• Use creative and adaptive approaches to eliminate sales obstacles and navigate technical hurdles.

• Deep familiarity with modern integration technologies, including RESTful APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and web-based embedding (Widgets/IFrames).

• Ability to connect technical features to high-level operational objectives, such as doubling broker channel win rates and achieving revenue run rates.

• Self-motivated with a proven track record in driving or assisting with software sales in ID Fraud industry.

• Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

• Ability to refine and personalize the Workforce Solutions marketing/sales message to provide prospect with the best ID Fraud/ID Watchdog solution based on prospect’s needs.

• Ability to quickly learn and develop a deep understanding of the complex ID Fraud/ID Watchdog services and technical capabilities.

• Organized and analytical with ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,000 to $170,000. (Include if applicable) This position is also eligible for our incentive compensation program at approximately 20%. The application window is anticipated to close on May 25, 2026.
