Solutions Architect, Enterprise Greenfield Germany

As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers in the German market, guiding architecture decisions and cloud adoption. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions that align with business outcomes. Your role blends deep technical leadership with customer-facing mentoring and content creation to accelerate success. • Engage with strategic customers to accelerate mission-critical projects and propose best-practice architectures aligned with business outcomes
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships; shape guidance by prioritizing customer interests
• Convey customer feedback to inform AWS feature roadmaps
• Create and share best practices, technical content, and reference architectures (white papers, code samples, blogs)
• Educate customers about AWS through workshops, events, and public speaking
• Contribute to team growth by mentoring colleagues and influencing hiring decisions
• Develop depth in technical domains relevant to customer outcomes
• Lead architecture reviews, whiteboarding sessions, demos and technical workshops
• Collaborate with account management, professional services, support, product teams, and AWS partner ecosystem
• Design innovative cloud solutions and showcase AWS capabilities to customers
• Maintain a balance of business value and technical excellence in guidance provided
• Continue learning through customer interactions and hands-on experimentation

• Experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
• Experience IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent written and verbal English and German
