Solutions Engineering Director

Solutions Engineering Director: Leading a team that integrates business intelligence, technical product expertise, and customer service to drive enterprise growth with an accent on TV measurement solutions and sales strategy. Focus on translating complex data into strategic client roadmaps and fostering collaboration between internal sales, product, and engineering teams.

Location: Remote (US) or Hybrid (Bellevue, WA / New York, NY). Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $124,700 - $152,000 USD Annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with client teams across media and data science to articulate and implement impactful solutions.
• Translate complex technical methodologies into strategic, simple concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Leverage analytical tools like Tableau to provide data-driven insights and on-the-fly analysis.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive expansion opportunities.
• Facilitate the adoption of new product offerings by working closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to enhance methodology and develop new offerings.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship.
• 8+ years of media planning experience (Linear, CTV, or Digital) in Agency or Brand settings.
• Proven background in marketing, brand management, or consulting.
• Experience managing and growing SaaS or subscription-based revenue.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, or engineering.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Deep expertise in the relationship between bought, earned, and owned media.
• Experience building client roadmaps that drive multi-year growth.
