Your Role

As a Sorting Center Supervisor (m/f/d), you are responsible for the day-to-day operations on site.

You ensure that shifts run smoothly, teams are aligned, and operational targets are met.

This is a hands‑on role with real impact on performance, quality, and team execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sorting center operations during assigned shifts
• Lead and coordinate on‑site teams to ensure smooth workflows
• Monitor operational KPIs such as throughput, delays, and quality
• Identify issues in real time and take immediate action to resolve them
• Support shift planning and workforce coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Conduct on‑site quality checks and support continuous improvement
• Act as a key interface between operations teams and management

Your Profile

• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or sorting center environments
• First experience in team coordination or supervision
• Strong hands‑on mentality and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment
• Willingness to work in shifts (including night shifts if required)
• Good communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and German - Chinese is a plus
