Job Responsibilities \* Manage and lead all aspects of sorting hub operations, including inbound receiving, outbound dispatch, package sorting, and inventory management. \* Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels. \* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sorting hub supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. \* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sorting accuracy, throughput, on-time performance, and labor utilization, taking corrective actions as needed. \* Collaborate with other departments, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations. \* Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements to enhance sorting efficiency and capacity. \* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. \* Manage equipment maintenance and resource allocation to ensure optimal hub functionality. \* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and proposed solutions. Job Qualifications \* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a sorting or distribution center. \* Proven track record of optimizing operational processes and managing large teams in a fast-paced environment. \* Strong understanding of sorting technologies, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics software. \* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. \* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
