As Sourcing Business Partner, you align sourcing strategies with business objectives for Project Business and IT & AI. You act as the key interface between business segments and the Sourcing organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance. You provide analyses to category teams, support performance monitoring via KPIs, and help optimize supplier relationships and risk management. This role sits at the heart of a global team delivering sustainable, cost-efficient sourcing in a dynamic environment. • Interface between Project Business, IT & AI segments and Sourcing to align strategies with business goals
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships, promoting the Sourcing vision
• Provide analyses and recommendations to Category Management to reflect business needs in strategies
• Collaborate with Sourcing teams to improve procurement processes and support KPI-driven performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and support supplier risk management

• Relevant Master’s degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing within an international organization
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and adaptability in English; German or French a plus
• Ownership, responsibility, and international outlook with focus on continuous improvement
