Sovereign Cloud Expert DevOps Engineer (f/m/d) - SAP SuccessFactors (HCM)

As an Expert DevOps Engineer in SAP’s Sovereign Cloud Delivery & Operations, you shape automated deployment of SAP SuccessFactors HCM for sovereign cloud customers. You work within the Multi-Tenant Engineering team to build, harden, and deploy cloud-native solutions at scale with emphasis on security. You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and regional teams to drive end-to-end capabilities from concept to automated deployment. • Own and automate the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) in SAP Sovereign Cloud
• Define implementation concepts and perform functional/technical assessments
• Hardening and secure deployment of cloud environments
• Drive end-to-end deployment of product capabilities for customer adoption
• Collaborate with regional Operations, Security, QA, and other Sovereign Cloud teams
• Engage with technical product managers, engineers, and architects to optimize deployment

• 7+ years of professional experience in Cloud Delivery related fields and technologies
• 4+ years of experience in cloud operations – developing, delivering, and maintaining Cloud Products
• Proficiency with Terraform
• Experience deploying and managing cloud-native apps (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Familiarity with Gardener (preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools (e.g., ArgoCD, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
• Security best practices including hardened containers/images (STIG)
• English fluency
• Experience with security tools (HashiCorp Vault, GitHub Secrets)
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and HCM environments is a plus
