In this role you design instrumentation, controls and automation for high-tech facilities, collaborating with clients on plant modifications. You prepare execution documents and support procurement, budgets and schedules. You coordinate subcontractors, manage interfaces, and participate in meetings, FATs and on-site inspections while guiding installation of measurement, control and automation systems. • Design instrumentation and controls and automation systems for high-tech facilities
• Clarify technical details with clients during plant modifications or expansions and present solutions
• Prepare execution documents (drawings, functional descriptions, bill of quantities) for procurement and clarify questions during execution
• Consider budget, quality and schedule; support project management in schedule creation/adjustment
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure high execution quality and compliance with safety/health/environmental requirements
• Manage and coordinate interfaces for reliable information flow internally and externally
• Participate in meetings, factory acceptance tests and on-site inspections
• Accompany installation of measurement, control and regulation as well as automation systems

• Studies or technical training in automation engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or building automation, or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years of professional experience in planning, construction, maintenance or commissioning of measurement and control technology systems
• Familiarity with common PC programs and MS Office applications
• Ideally experience in high-tech facilities (semiconductor or BioPharma)
• Familiarity with relevant technical standards, regulations and codes
• Fluency in German and English; ability to work in an international team
