Responsibilities

• You analyze and classify requests for proposals, derive clear work packages from them, and create and maintain requirements and specifications
• You prepare timesheets, analyze them, and generate key metrics and reports from which you identify opportunities for optimization
• You continuously track project progress and team status, maintain schedules, milestones, status reports, and dashboards
• You organize and take minutes at meetings and ensure consistent follow-up on action items
• You identify risks, deviations, and opportunities for optimization and address these in a structured manner to project management
• You build and continuously maintain the materials library for the development department
• You coordinate the onboarding of new employees, prepare access credentials and documents, and manage office supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• You have completed training in clothing technology (textile/clothing technology, patternmaking, product development)
• You have professional experience in the textile or clothing technology sector
• You have in-depth knowledge of materials (fabrics, trims, finishing, quality and testing requirements)
• You have very good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation)
• You have experience analyzing requests for proposals and drafting specifications and requirements documents
• You have practical experience in data preparation and reporting and are skilled in drafting structured meeting minutes and tracking action items
• You possess strong organizational skills, confident team and task management abilities, and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
