Specialist Payroll (m/w/d)

In this role you will support internal Group clients with payroll services, ensuring accurate processing under applicable laws and collective agreements within SAP and related systems. You will manage data maintenance, master data in SuccessFactors, and digital HR files, contributing to compliant and streamlined payroll operations. You will work in a diverse, international environment and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable payroll delivery. • Process payroll according to employment law, collective agreements, income tax, and social security within SAP
• Handle statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
• Maintain and verify client data in SAP
• Maintain master data in SuccessFactors (hiring, changes, leaving)
• Manage digital personnel files and HR document workflows

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Several years of payroll accounting experience (preferably SAP)
• Fluency in German and English
• Certification as a qualified payroll accountant (if possible)
• Proficiency in SAP HCM, HR4YOU and Microsoft Office (desirable)
• Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA) (desirable)
