Specialist Property Management Systems (m/f/d)

Your Job Description

Manage and coordinate all relevant PMS topics to ensure efficient and smooth processes
Coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across different teams
Support hotel pre-openings while securing operational PMS readiness
Manage commercial systems and projects in accordance with the roadmap
Bring structure to complex projects through clear documentation and cross-team collaboration
Spot opportunities to make systems and workflows simpler and smarter

Your qualification profile

Hands-on hospitality experience and a profound understanding of hotel operations and distribution
Good working knowledge of Property Management Systems (ideally Oracle Opera Cloud)
Experience with cross-departmental projects and system integrations
A tech-minded and solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
Very good organisational skills and a talent to prioritize tasks
Fluent in English; German is a plus
