Specialist Recruiter

As a Specialist Recruiter in Microsoft’s EMEA Talent Acquisition team, you will drive strategic hiring for Germany, Austria, and beyond. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into end-to-end recruiting plans, using data to guide decisions and attract top tech and sales talent. You’ll influence leaders to consider diverse, nontraditional talent and own the candidate experience from start to finish. This role combines autonomy with collaboration in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Advise on talent gaps using data and long-term business needs
• Lead development of recruiting processes and strategies
• Create end-to-end hiring plans aligned to business needs and constraints
• Consult on critical talent needs and influence leaders to consider diverse talent
• Analyze data to set hiring goals and drive cross-organizational conversations
• Develop compelling candidate attraction messaging and differentiate Microsoft’s opportunities
• Own and optimize the candidate experience across the lifecycle
• Drive policy/process optimization and maintain compliant documentation

• Senior hands-on talent acquisition experience in the German market
• Experience collaborating with works councils and regional partners
• Tech industry recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally in sales
• Advanced communication, influencing, consulting, learning agility, adaptability
• Professional proficiency in German and English for business and stakeholder interactions
• Experience using AI in recruiting and/or sourcing
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments on a global scale
• Ability to deliver results while fostering growth for others
