Sr. Engineering Manager, Flexibles (Fully Remote)

• The Senior Manager, Operating Unit Engineer – Flexibles leads engineering activities across multiple facilities supporting blown film extrusion, converting, and printing.
• The role provides technical leadership and drives improvements in safety, quality, and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Support plant engineering teams and drive performance improvements.
• Lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and capital project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience with multi‑site blown film extrusion and converting.

Success Metrics

• Safety performance, OEE improvement, throughput gains, scrap reduction, and yield improvement.
• Reliability improvement, startup success, and cost reduction.
