Overview

In this field-based role, you will advance medical strategy and scientific engagement for our Healthcare portfolio. You’ll build and sustain relationships with KOLs, support clinical development, and provide expert medical insights to inform decisions. You’ll lead national medical projects, participate in congresses, and collaborate across functions to optimise patient outcomes. This position offers a meaningful chance to influence therapy areas like oncology and neurology within a global, inclusive culture.

Verantwortungsbereiche
  • Serve as scientific expert to medical community and facilitate exchange of information
  • Build and maintain relationships with national, regional, and local KOLs
  • Gather and communicate medical insights to inform strategy
  • Support investigator-initiated research as primary liaison
  • Provide scientific support at national and European congresses, advisory boards, and medical programs
  • Lead selected national medical projects and initiatives
  • Provide clinical presentations and information in response to unsolicited questions
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations to support trial site identification and patient enrollment
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with medical strategy
  • Partner with HEOR/Market Access to support health economic and outcomes data generation
  • Support Medical Information requests
  • Assist the Country Medical Director in shaping national KOL engagement and medical plans
  • Mentor new or less experienced MSLs
  • Support onboarding and training of field medical and commercial colleagues
  • Contribute to national and regional medical strategy as a senior team member
Zentrale Anforderungen
  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of MSL experience
  • Experience in rare diseases preferred; oncology or neuroscience a plus
  • Strong ability to communicate and present complex scientific information
  • Self driven, collaborative, and comfortable working independently
