Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of international battery storage projects, with a primary focus on Germany. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget and quality standards. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to commissioning and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee battery storage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to achieve milestones and maintain efficient workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and changes.
• Analyze customer requirements, define project specifications, and manage supplier deliverables.
• Monitor project status and implement adjustments to scope, timeline, or budget as needed.
• Prepare and deliver transparent reporting to both internal leadership and external clients.
• Manage claims effectively to mitigate risks and safeguard project success.
• Coordinate on-site commissioning activities in collaboration with site management.
• Ensure compliance with PM standards, business codes, and EHS guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in plant construction/EPC, preferably in energy, grid solutions, wind, or renewable sectors.
• Project Management certification required.
• Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ability to manage demanding customers and complex projects.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a focus on deadlines and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate across all management levels.
• Excellent communication skills in German (native or C1) and English (professional).
