Sr. Reporting & Analytics Consultant (FIN) - Workday Success Plans

In this role, you will serve as a trusted Workday advisor to customers, guiding them through configuration, demonstrations, and optimization of Workday features. You’ll deliver targeted micro consulting and one-on-one guidance to drive product adoption and business value. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions, review tenant adoption opportunities, and contribute to new enablement programs. This position offers hands-on learning, customer impact, and the chance to shape how large organizations realize value from Workday investments.

• Conduct customer research to understand questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demos
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer-facing presentations (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide tailored one-on-one guidance (Optimization Packages)
• Offer one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants for adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain Workday expertise and certifications; stay aligned with roadmap
• Engage with customers on industry practices and trends
• Contribute to new programs to drive feature adoption
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services (Office Hours, requirements reviews, deployments)
• Travel up to 20%

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting
• 2+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, or PRISM
• Ability to distill complex concepts into clear customer presentations
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• English proficiency
• Ability to work on multiple engagements simultaneously
• Advanced degree preferred
