Sr. Prism Analytics Consultant - Workday Success Plans

In this role, you act as a trusted Workday advisor to help customers maximize value from their Workday investments. You will deliver micro consulting, configuration guidance, and feature demonstrations to support post go-live success. You’ll simplify complex Workday concepts for customers and help accelerate feature adoption through targeted sessions and reviews. • Conduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configurations to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
• Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification(s); stay updated on Workday roadmap
• Assist in creating new programs to drive customer feature adoption
• Deliver other Customer Enablement services such as Office Hours and configuration reviews
• Deploy full Workday feature deployments

• 3+ years building and maintaining Prism Analytics
• 3+ years building and maintaining Workday HCM/Financial Reporting & Analytics
• 5+ years of HCM Reporting, Analytics, and Data warehousing for enterprise software
• 3+ years IT implementation experience
• 3+ years software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in Prism Analytics and at least one of Workday HCM, Financial, or Reporting
• Ability to distill complex concepts into presentations for customers
• Strong multitasking across engagements and deliverables
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
