Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant

In this role you drive Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations as part of Accenture’s global Workday Practice. You will advise clients on best practices, apply Workday methodologies, and lead workshops to design robust HR solutions. You’ll manage workstreams, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and contribute to innovative methods and assets. This position offers exposure to large-scale deployments and cross-functional collaboration within a diverse, global team.

• Advise clients on Absence and Time Tracking best practices and shape functional solutions

• Experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence / Time or similar platforms (on-premise or cloud)
• Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirement alignment
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications
