Sr. Retirement Plan Consultant (Fully Remote)

• You will oversee end-to-end retirement plan administration for a diverse portfolio of qualified plans.
• You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide strategic guidance to clients.
• You will collaborate with actuarial partners and internal teams to deliver effective retirement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform annual compliance testing including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, and 410(b) tests.
• Prepare and file Forms 5500, 8955-SSA, and other regulatory documentation.
• Process participant transactions and support trust accounting for pooled accounts.
