Sr RF/Analog IC Design Engineer (m/f/d)

In this role you will design and develop RF, analog, and mixed-signal ICs for advanced mobile handset applications. You will contribute across the full design cycle, from specs to silicon validation, aligning with system requirements and product performance goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF into multi-chip modules and drive firmware-friendly, manufacturable solutions. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge 4G/5G devices and a fast-paced product development environment with a focus on impact and reliable execution.

• Design and develop RF ICs for 4G/5G mobile handset applications (LNAs, drivers, RF switches) in CMOS and SOI
• Design analog and mixed-signal blocks (bandgaps, charge pumps, LDOs, level shifters, OpAmps, bias/control circuits)
• Support RF integration into multi-chip modules including large-signal analysis, EM simulation, and measurement correlation
• Contribute to device characterization, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of RF/analog issues
• Translate product and system requirements into design specifications and implementation plans
• Present design reviews with performance, simulation, silicon results, risks, and mitigations
• Provide regular project status updates and thrive in fast-paced development environment

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of RF/analog IC design, mixed-signal circuit design, or related semiconductor product development
• Proven silicon tape-out experience and ownership from concept to validation
• Experience with Cadence, ADS and HFSS or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of RF design techniques, layout effects, EM-aware design, and practical tradeoffs in integrated RF circuits
• Experience with measurements and characterization
• Good understanding of device physics and analog circuit tradeoffs
• Good communication skills, able to work independently
