Sr Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop production activities and workflows using workflow orchestration platforms and TypeScript. Support full lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Advise and mentor the team on best practices in workflow orchestration.
• Actively participate in refinement, architecture discussions, and code reviews, ensuring the team builds solutions that are high-quality, secure, and meet design goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partner stakeholders to understand use cases and build solutions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience with a workflow orchestration platform.
• Mastery of a modern scripted language (preferably TypeScript).
• Software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably Git).
• AI-forward development practices.
• Agile development practices.

Education & Experience

• 5-7 years practical experience developing software solutions in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Experience with agentic workflows.
• Proficient with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha).
• Knowledge of core security principles.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to teach others.

Pay range: $130,500 – $252,300 annually, varying by location and experience.
