• As a Staff Engineer, build new products and scale existing ones to evolve Gusto's product offerings.

• The Business Money team supports small and medium businesses with financial tools.
• Owns products like Bill Pay, Invoicing, Expenses, Payroll Bridge, and Cash Flow Dashboard.
• Operates at a fast, startup-like pace, delivering multiple 0-1 products.

• Build products and services and scale the platform for business money and accounting.
• Take ownership of projects ensuring high quality and performance.
• Adopt latest AI best practices in all aspects of product development.
