Staff Member Work Planning and Purchasing (m/f/d)

What YouAll Do

• You will manage and optimize workflows in the manufacturing process
• You create and maintain production master data in the ERP system (e.g., bills of materials, work plans, work steps)
• You actively contribute to the analysis and optimization of production costs
• You create purchasing specifications in close coordination with Engineering, Sales, and Purchasing
• You participate in production planning meetings and ensure a smooth flow of information
• You serve as the point of contact for customers during the manufacturing process and coordinate communication with Sales
• You prepare quotes and cost estimates based on customer specifications
• You will implement and oversee tool management
• You ensure the availability of materials, tools, and fixtures
• You ensure compliance with quality requirements (e.g., in accordance with EN 9100)
• You will handle scheduling for quality assurance
• You will also manage the work planning and purchasing departments when needed

What You Bring to the Table

• You have technical training, ideally with further education leading to a master craftsman or technician certification
• You have experience in the areas of work planning, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality assurance
• You are proficient in using ERP systems and managing production master data
• You work with precision and have a strong commitment to quality when handling technical products
