Staff Product Manager, Accounting Expertise

Own the product roadmap end-to-end, defining what to build, why, and in what order
Work with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship impactful features for German SMEs and accountants
Develop deep understanding of German accounting workflows
Define and execute the German accounting strategy
Understand customer needs and evaluate what to build versus partner on
Shape a useful accounting offering for German SMEs
Use AI tools and AI-driven automation to transform accounting workflows
Challenge assumptions, prototype quickly, and pursue the best product outcomes
Work with an autonomous squad that owns its roadmap and ships independently
Report to Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting

Requirements

Deep German accounting domain expertise, gained by working at or closely with a German accounting-tech company
Concrete examples of products taken from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled
Outcome-oriented product thinking and comfort making hard trade-offs
AI-native workflow using AI for research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing
German fluency
Strong English required for cross-functional work across Qonto's European teams
