Together with the team leader, you will ensure an efficient, quality-oriented, and smooth production process. You will support the management and coordination of the team, keep track of deadlines, quantities, and quality targets, and actively drive improvements with your technical understanding and organizational skills. Deputy Management the employee in the Saw line department
Monitoring and Compliance with performance targets
Planning, control and monitoring of the processes
Assurance of deadlines, quantities and quality specifications
Cost control and Reporting: as well as continuous Process optimization
Analysis of disturbances and Initiation of improvement measures
Ensuring compliance with Occupational safety and quality standards and the production process
Tightness Vote with the Departments and Management

Your profile:

Completed vocational training in a craft or technical field
Several years experience , ideally in the wood or manufacturing industry
First leadership experience for example as Shift supervisor / Shift manager or a strong willingness to take on responsibility
shift readiness (2 layers)
Flexibility as well as a structured and Solution-oriented operation
Resilience, communication skills and Assertiveness
High level of personal initiative, responsibility and teamwork
