About the role

This is an entry‑level management role with real development potential. We believe our Store Supervisors play a key role in store success and we are committed to supporting their journey towards future management opportunities. You’ll use your sales mindset, communication skills and leadership presence to support the team and elevate the overall store performance.

How you’ll make a difference

• Help drive sales and profitability
• Coaching and motivating sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Ensure the store is always customer‑ready and aligned with brand visual merchandising standards
• Support operational excellence and ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Understand key KPIs and actively contribute to achieving store targets

Qualifications

• Love working with people and lead by example with energy, enthusiasm and a hands‑on mindset
• Create a positive, supportive and fun team environment
• Be comfortable taking responsibility, including opening and closing the store when needed
• Bring retail experience, ideally in fashion or lifestyle brands
• Communicate confidently in German and English
• Be comfortable working with MS Office and POS systems
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays when required
