Strategic Technology Lead – AI Processors & Accelerators

In this role you drive strategic R&D programs in AI processors, shaping technology direction and roadmaps. You will collaborate with the chip platform team to evaluate emerging tech, perform simulations, and inform senior leadership through high-impact analyses. You’ll manage external partnerships and coordinate cross-functional efforts to accelerate innovation. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI hardware, collaboration with academia and industry, and opportunities to influence product strategies across the organization.

• Evaluate emerging technologies through literature reviews, trend analysis, and simulations
• Produce high-impact technology analyses for senior leadership to guide strategy
• Conduct early-stage feasibility studies and simulations to shape roadmaps
• Define and drive corporate and BU innovation programs aligned with long-term goals
• Manage international network and engage with external partners to foster innovation
• Influence product development strategies across cross-functional teams
• Support prototyping efforts for preliminary technical assessments
• Organize and facilitate internal seminars/workshops with academic and industry partners

• PhD in a relevant field with substantial industry experience
• Expertise in CPU/GPU cores, AI accelerators, AI/ML algorithms and hardware implementations, or related domains
• Strong analytical mindset for strategic and technical challenges
• Self-driven learner staying ahead of tech trends
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally
