Join FINN as Strategy & Business Development Associate in Fleet to shape strategy, processes and partner ecosystem. You will translate analytical insights into scalable initiatives that improve cost efficiency and support fleet lifecycle management. You’ll collaborate with product and tech teams to automate and optimize our operations and governance. This role offers impact by driving growth, benchmarking partners, and enabling international expansion. You’ll work in a fast-paced scale-up with a strong focus on data, collaboration and practical outcomes.

• Identify, benchmark and analyze partners aligned with our vision
• Screen the market in Germany and Europe to identify international growth opportunities
• Shape vehicle financing processes from planning to lifecycle management with financing partners
• Drive cost-efficiency by considering Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and implement cost-saving actions
• Shape and evolve our tech ecosystem in collaboration with product and tech teams
• Create transparency on performance and derive actions to meet growth KPIs

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Communicative, with ability to excite others about ideas
• Strong project management and adaptability to changing priorities
• Structured, solution-oriented with creative problem-solving
• Analytical with a data-driven mindset and interest in IT tools
• Meticulous attention to detail and focus on process efficiency
• Genuine interest in the mobility industry
