TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • As a business partner, you support our international entities, especially local finance leads and controlling teams.
  • Regular evaluation and commentary on the business and financial performance of our international group companies are part of your responsibilities.
  • You take ownership of steering and analysing forecasts as well as the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial targets.
  • In‑depth analyses on opportunities, risks and performance drivers are prepared by you and translated into actionable recommendations for local management.
  • You evaluate international investment cases and prepare them for management decision‑making.
  • You support post‑merger integration activities, for example by harmonising financial reporting structures.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities and continuously enhancing controlling processes, reporting quality and financial transparency is part of your role.

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

  • A degree in controlling, finance or a related field forms the foundation of your profile.
  • You have ideally gained several years of experience in controlling or an audit environment, preferably within retail or the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
  • Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel knowledge distinguish you, complemented by experience in complex data analysis.
  • You are confident in using business intelligence tools and multidimensional reporting systems.
  • A proactive mindset, strong self‑organisation and adaptability in a dynamic environment are among your strengths.
  • You communicate complex financial topics clearly and effectively, supported by excellent communication skills.
  • Your strong interpersonal skills enable effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
