Supervisor FMEA Moderators (m/f/d)

In this role you will lead and develop a team of FMEA Moderators within our NPD-focused process. You will align the team with strategy, track KPIs, and support AQEs to meet customer FMEA requirements. You will serve as the first escalation point to upper management and drive cross-functional collaboration. This position offers the opportunity to shape FMEA practice in a global engineering environment. You will work with cutting-edge processes and contribute to safer, more sustainable products.

• Manage team capacity and resources for FMEA moderation in product development
• Lead, coach and support the team to achieve department goals and individual development
• Demonstrate modern leadership with a clear vision
• Foster holistic communication across teams and departments
• Moderate FMEAs using APIS, D-FMEA and P-FMEA according to VDA/AIAG standards

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical, FH/TH) or equivalent (Bachelor)
• At least 3 years in automotive and quality standards related to FMEA
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience as an FMEA facilitator (Design FMEA / Process FMEA)
• Experience with APIS-IQRM Pro FMEA software
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel within EMEA
