Christian Dior Couture invites candidates for the position of Supervisor in Berlin KaDeWe to join our team.

Job responsibilities

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations within the team
• Manage integration of new joiners and assist in assigning responsibilities
• Share ideas regularly and follow up on tasks delegated by the manager
• Organize regular team meetings and sales training sessions
• Provide spot coaching with the team on the sales ceremony
• Improve synergies with other boutiques
• Maintain the customer database and CRM
• Achieve sales targets by mastering selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge
• Contribute to global team performance as a role model
• Know product‑category targets in terms of daily, weekly and monthly sales to motivate the team
• Guide the team on sales ceremony and support customers, fulfilling special needs and wishes
• Dedicate a large part of time on the sales floor
• Guarantee transmission of passion for the Brand within the department
• Optimize customer relationships through regular contacts
• Ensure upkeep of the selling space and store image
• Organize and contribute to stock management
• Support sales and handle payments when necessary
• Control and maintain floor display area and merchandise
• Process and check incoming goods, conduct inventories and minimize stock and warehouse shortages

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
• Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Maison
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and an agile mindset
• Ability to develop lasting relationships with people through strong communication
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
• Prioritization and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Fluent in German and English; additional language is a plus
