We are looking for committed employees to ensure the offshore operation of our wind turbines in the Offshore Wind farm “Baltic Eagle”, consisting of 50 Vestas V174-9.5 MW turbines with a total capacity of 475 MW north‑east off the coast of the Island of Rugen, in the German Baltic Sea.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the service operations on site and plan the service tasks on a daily basis to ensure smooth and reliable operation of our wind turbines.
• Organize vessel and team transfers, monitor weather conditions, and prepare transfer plans and daily reports.
• Create and manage work orders in ERP (SAP), approve technician hours, and keep the planning board up to date.
• Implement upgrades, support new processes, and uphold Vestas Health & Safety standards.
• Plan the annual service and maintenance activities, ensuring timely execution and optimal system performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide general support to the Service Manager and ensure that all electrical safety work on site is managed and executed to the highest standards.

Profile

• Hold an electrical qualification from a technical school, college, or university.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, preferably offshore and/or with high voltage.
• Have practical experience with wind turbines and understand the technical challenges of the role.
• Safety is a top priority, and you are comfortable working at heights and offshore, ready to handle the unique conditions of the job.
• Have excellent English skills to collaborate effectively.
