Site Supervisor / Bauleiter (m/w/d) – Wind Energy Projects – Germany

Do you have experience supervising construction activities on-site and enjoy leading teams in a fast-paced project environment?

We are currently partnering with a client in the renewable energy sector who is expanding their project pipeline and looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Site Supervisor / Bauleiter to support wind farm projects across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervision of on-site construction activities within wind energy projects
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and site teams (approx. 5+ personnel)
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations, including planning and execution
• Managing quality, safety (HSE), and documentation processes
• Acting as the key interface between site teams, project management, and stakeholders
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track

Your Profile

• Proven experience in site supervision / construction management
• Background in renewable energy, wind, or civil infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage subcontractors on-site
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on delivery
• German language skills preferred; English may be sufficient depending on the project
• Experience in post-tensioning / prestressing is a plus, but not essential

Project Setup

• Projects across multiple sites in Germany (primarily Northern regions)
• Travel required depending on project allocation
• Long-term project pipeline within a growing renewable energy sector
